Q1.   Purchase

The purchase by you of contact lenses on the Postcontact website constitutes a contract between you and Postcontact.com.

Q2.   Submission of Order

The submission by you of a contact lens order form constitutes an offer by you to purchase contact lenses for the value specified in the order form at the price set out therein and authorises Postcontact.com to debit your account or credit card with that amount plus any delivery charges.

Q3.   Payment

Payment for lenses is by way of debit card, credit card or cheque. Prices are inclusive of VAT at 17.5%.

Q4.   Guarantee

If for any reason we have delivered the incorrect product or the product is deemed faulty then we will offer a full refund or replacement as long as we have been notified of the problem within 28 days from the date received. If for other reasons you are unhappy return the unopened and undamaged products to us within 28 days and we will offer a refund.

Q5.   Privacy

The information you supply to us is handled by a secure server and cannot be accessed by any other party. We also undertake not pass your information onto any third party.

Q6.   Responsibility

We cannot accept responsibility for a customer’s lack of suitability to wear contact lenses as detailed in the prescription or for their overall suitability to wear contact lenses.

Q7.   Right to Supply

If Postcontact is not satisfied with your ocular health or considers that the replacement contact lenses requested are not clinically suitable, we retain the right not to supply.

Q8.   Order Processing

If we cannot process your order we will notify you by e-mail or other method and you will incur no charges. Like wise if the payment amount submitted with your order is incorrect we will contact you to gain your authority to debit the correct amount before any debit is made to your card.

Q9.   Health

Contact lens wear can affect the health of your eyes. In the supply of all contact lenses all eye care practitioners have to meet certain legal obligations in the interest of their patients ocular healthy. If you wish to have your contact lenses supplied by Postcontact.com to a specification issued else where you should understand that:

Postcontact relies on the details supplied by you and the contact lens specification provided by your optician to supply you with contact lenses.

Your contact lens prescription must have been issued with 12 month prior to placing your order with Postcontact.

You have not been advised to stop wearing lenses by an eye care or medical practitioner and have not, within the last 12 months, suffered from any eye condition requiring treatment.
